Wow, it's been so long since I have been on here...I couldn't believe how many unread messages I have. xD Where do I start? Hmmm let's see, I live in Honolulu, Hawai'i now, I don't even know where I was living when I last wrote anything, but I've been here for almost 2 years now and love it, of course. I finally have my Master's of Library and Information Science (MLISc), so I am hoping to get a good job at a library somewhere...but first I want to try to continue on my journey of seeing the whole world. For those of you who don't know me very well, I might as well say that as much as I love to draw, neither inspiration nor a time slot where I'm able to draw comes along very often, so when both happen at once it's a big deal. Well, today I was able to FINALLY create my first drawing of 2009, which better not fucking be my last!! And in case you were wondering, I got inspired to draw this one mainly from a dress (and shoes) that I own. When I first saw that red Chinese halter dress, I knew I HAD to have it, but I wasn't expecting to find a cute pair of black mary janes to go with it, so it was even better.
